And a fond farewell…

Louise Gately joined the LVCC Board in 2013. She focused on fundraising and other development projects. She worked on a comprehensive fundraising program and also served on the LVCC Building Committee. For several years, she chaired the successful Midsummer Auctions, which annually generated significant revenue for the LVCC. Louise now plans to focus on her volunteer activities in Des Moines, Iowa, and Delray Beach, Florida. However, she will continue advising the LVCC Board in the area of fundraising. We wish her well and look forward to working with her in the summer months.

Nancy Larson joined the LVCC Board in 2013 and served as Vice-Chair where her main focus was as our major writer for the IRRR grant and others. In addition she has advised us on development and fundraising. Upon leaving the board, Nancy has agreed to continue to serve on the Building Committee and to write grants as needed. Good luck to Nancy in her many important endeavors in our community.

He and his wife, Kathy Meyerle have participated in many of our events over the years and have been extremely generous patrons. We are touched that Kathy and family have chosen to have his memorials continue to benefit our organization and facility in Tower, MN.
