Over the past 3 months, the LVCC Building Committee has been working toward a goal of completing the major mechanical construction of our building. Because of the complexity and size of the structure, we have contracted with John Almeida of The Finished Look, Inc to evaluate and coordinate this lengthy process.

Much has been accomplished and John has spent several months meeting with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and others to obtain the necessary information to complete our project. Everything we have done in the past has needed permits and blueprints and part of John’s job is to see that these documents are current or in need of revision.

Soon we will be able to get our final bids and complete the interior. Our Building Committee Chairman is LVCC Board member Dr. Amy Banks who is also an engineer and has proved invaluable in working with John.
